A quick and easy no-bake dessert dip that combines creamy cheesecake, sweet caramel, tart apples, and crunchy toffee bits. Perfect for fall gatherings and ready in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 large apple, finely diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Extra caramel drizzle for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese and butter by letting them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Sift the powdered sugar over the cream cheese mixture, add vanilla extract, and beat on low until combined, then increase to medium for 1 minute.
  4. Add Greek yogurt and beat on low just until incorporated. Do not overmix.
  5. Dice the apple into small 1/4-inch cubes. Toss with lemon juice and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly into a serving dish. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  7. Spoon the cinnamon apples over the caramel layer. Sprinkle toffee bits and pecans on top. Drizzle with extra caramel.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels, or vanilla wafers.

Notes

For best texture, use room temperature cream cheese and butter. Granny Smith apples provide tartness that balances sweetness. The dip can be made a day ahead; add toppings just before serving. Toasting pecans enhances flavor.
